Introduction


Chocolate Coating Machine including Mixing Tank, Coating Machine, and Cooling Tunnel.
It is used for coating chocolate onto cookies, biscuits, wafers, sugars, cereal bars, etc.After coating, the products will go to the cooling tunnel to be cooled. The tunnel adopts high density insulation board, and made of plastic which conforming to food grade.

The machine can coat chocolate on one side of the product or both sides. 3 independent working zone. Hot blow, CIP coating mouth could be adjusted in any directions.
The chocolate volume used for coating is controllable. After the product surface going through the hot air rectifier, extra chocolate will go back to the mixing tank and realize recycle.
